Love Paragraphic! Been a viewer for years. Found an incredible 100% Alpaca wool coat at a boutique thrift store. Warm, lightweight, but breathable material. I get tons of compliments on it. Also bought some Alpaca/Sheepwool winter socks. Changed the game! Warm feet that don't sweat and don't get cold walking on the cold floors.

I've studied aquaponics on and off for years and I really like it using waste to grow vegetables. I've been turning the back yard into a garden. I still have some space left. I had a small hydroponic system setup had to go to hospital for a few months and then I quit. I'm just getting back to my earth boxs and I'm getting my in ground ready was also looking at the hydroponic set up and thinking how to use it. Then ran into your videos. I'm in a wheelchair but I still have the spark at 70years the heat gets me so little here little there and it'll get done. Keep up the good work
